Easy ways to warm syringe for use:

1) Hold in hand for 3-5 mins.

2) Put your syringe into a plastic bag and run under warm water for a few mins.

Note: do not expose your syringe directly to water to avoid contaminating RSO.

3) Wrap in a heating pad.
